Use your iPhone to pick up mail from Accentika Internet mailservers

If you have an Accentika Internet hosting account, using an iPhone to pick up your mail from our mailservers is straightforward.

Settings you need are for your account are:

pop3/imap/incoming server=pelican.accentikainternet.co.uk

smtp/outgoing server = pelican.accentikainternet.co.uk

username = <emailaddress>@yourdomain.co.uk

password = <your_normal_password>

 

If you are unsure about your password, login to your account using roundcube to check. With your browser, navigate to https://pelican.accentikainternet.co.uk/roundcube and enter your usual email address as your username, and your password. If you can see your mail your password is OK.

If you need the helpdesk team to reset your password, please submit a helpdesk ticket.
