If you are using your website as part of a marketing campaign Accentika Internet offers a number of options to enhance and help you with the collection and management of data:

° Please call me back
A 'Please call me' button on the site will enable a website visitor to leave their name, phone number and preferred callback time for a sales executive to call them back. The sales team will receive a notification email and summary of the call. The message record can also be updated in the Sales admin area by the sales team for subsequent analysis of prospects handled via the site.

° HTML emails
Emails can be created using the normal admin tools and wysiwyg editor, allowing full html emails to be created, including links to download newsletters etc.

° Campaign URLs
To enable tracking of responses from email campaigns, special URLs can be set up for particular campaigns.

° List management
All user contact and email records on the site can be downloaded in standard Excel/csv format for local processing with mail merge etc software. New named lists can be uploaded in standard csv formats as mailing lists, eg for sending html emails and newsletters.
NOTE. All emails sent from the site must satisfy existing regulations and guidelines regarding spam email and email campaigns are subject to agreed limits on size of lists.

° Email campaign metrics
The following metrics are included as standard, per campaign/email shot:
Number of emails opened
Number of emails undelivered
Visitors to campaign urls (ie site responses to a campaign)

° Unsubscribe from email lists
All emails will include an unsubscribe link so that recipients can unsubscribe. This will automatically remove them from further email campaigns from the site. An email copy of the unsubscription will be sent to your company to inform them to remove the email from any local copies of email lists.
