Our tailored web design projects consist of three production streams: page design, application coding and web content. The early part of every web project is spent developing a detailed specification and schedule to ensure we deliver precisely the web site or internet application software that our clients require. Production can then continue simultaneously on all three streams for rapid deployment, on time and on budget.

Following the spec, the web project is split into the three streams so that we can minimise leadtimes and avoid project holdups. While our web designers are developing innovative interface concepts with a client, our application coders are building the application, and our html technicians are preparing the initial content. We long ago split development of our web engines from the design function, so that our system allows design skins to be lowered into place with no impact on the underlying code.

That means that new designs, to refresh the site, or add specialist interfaces such as those needed to support mobile devices or users with poor sight, for example, can be implemented with ease. This splitting of the appllcation code from the web interface also means we can deliver pixel-perfect designs in brand-sensitive areas where brand guardianship is a real issue.
