Our web applications team can build specialist business internet software to customer requirements. Prices are quoted on a project basis. But a fast-growing area of our business is the supply of complete content management (CMS) web site packages where we have bundled together some of the most popular web site and emarketing tools and services in a range of fixed price products. We Host

Web projects are hosted on our own servers and we provide ISP web and mail hosting services for business clients. 

For customers needing the flexibility, security and performance of dedicated servers we can provide full support and maintenance of the servers — and the business applications running on them.

Our dedicated server team has particular expertise in deploying and optimising mailserver hubs for handling large volumes of opt-in mail

 Service Level Agreements can be configured to meet specific customer requirements. 

We Help

Tailored support packages ensure that client business needs are covered while support costs are kept to a minimum. In addition to application and server support, we provide support at the content level for our CMS customers. Dedicated server support packages all come with their own support Service Level Agreement (SLA) which can be adjusted to client requirements.

Our preferred hosting environment is the Linux platform and we are enthusiastic members of the "open source" community. But we also support Windows solutions and develop .NET applications.

Accentika Internet's on-line database processing and programming services grew out of serving the publishing industry, compiling and producing commercial directories, catalogues and showguides. That compilation work, where we have developed our own integrated production system for printed publications and on-line directories, is still part of our business today, supplying services to such World Class publishers as Reed Business International.

In our office we have a mixed network of Mac OS X machines (which is our preferred desktop) and Linux servers and Windows desktops!

We are based in Worcester and our clients are drawn from all over the UK and overseas.
