Birmingham City Centre restaurant CMS web site

City centre Italian restaurant

Accentika Internet is supplying a number of web services to Birmingham's Del Villaggio Italian restaurant. The web company has designed the restaurant's new web site which has been built using the Typo3 content management system. Restaurant staff can update pages themselves, adding "gallery" pictures of events and parties, news, information and menus.

Menu pages have been designed so that customers can reveal different courses etc without having to sift through a long list of items.

Del Villaggio can also use the web site's direct marketing tools to create newsletters and send them out to its growing customer and to visitors who subscribe directly on the site. Subscribers are able to download a promotional wine voucher as reward to subscribing and the newsletter is used to publicise forthcoming special events and offers.

Accentika Internet has provided training for both the web site updating and the direct mail administration. Del Villaggio can use the web site tools to manage its email lists. In addition to the normal content management support for Del Villaggio's own self-management of the content, Accentika Internet is also providing an update service when required.

Accentika Internet is also managing the restaurant's email, administering accounts, handling forwarders, vacation messages etc and ensuring staff can pick up their email using normal web clients, webmail or mobiles.
