Hotmail (and other web mail services) can sometimes erroneously identify mail from helpdesks as "bulk" mail or spam. If mail sent from the Accentika Internet helpdesk is sometimes not being received, please check your bulk/spam mail boxes and "whitelist" the support email address. To do this with a Hotmail account, please follow this procedure:
Login to your Hotmail account, then click Options on the right upper corner,
Then click More Options in the drop down menu.
Click Safe and blocked senders under Junk e-mail and click Safe senders
Messages from safe senders will not be sent to the junk e-mail folder.
Enter the "from" email address of the sender that you want to white list, in this case support@accentikainternet.co.uk.
Then click the add to list button.
